The process of getting a quote and then finalizing our detailed fence-specs for an el shaped wooden fence (with 1 gate) began in Aug 2017. Todd patiently answered every emailed question ( and there were eventually 20 questions on top of what we discussed duringhis site visit) even though we only needed under 30 linear feet! The price quoted was very reasonable.

If you are looking to have a fence built for your house, look no further. My wife and I could not be happier with the fence and gate that Todd installed with his crew. We truly got to customize it since it was built on site at our house. We worked with David and Pedro (greatguys), who worked quickly and precisely making sure everything is straight and level. Having the top of the fence be straight all the way around was most important to us. This meant there were gaps in the bottom of the fence because of the way our yard goes up and down. However, they were able to fill in those gaps between the ground and bottom of the fence perfectly. The price was reasonable, service was
outstanding, communication by Todd is everything you could ask for. Very nice guy, and outstanding company. Great job!!

Wow did I have a great experience by using Advanced Fence! I had gotten 6 quotes for fences when my friend recommended Advanced Fence. I’m not usually a 6 quote person, but none of the people that came out to my house to give me an estimate left me with a feeling of confidence. Plus the numbers were all over the board. So I went to the Advanced Fence website and used the tool they had (which no one else had) where you can upload your survey and get a ballpark estimate. The tool worked. So then Todd came out to my house to do a written estimate and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward.

I wanted to work with him and as it turned out, his price was lower than all the others. The process was very easy. He emailed me everything I needed to get my fence permit. He immediately returned emails and calls. He squeezed me in to do the installation right before the winter deep freeze which was great because I wanted to let my dog out by himself over the cold winter, the whole point of getting the fence. Then over the summer, thefence was damaged by a car. I reached out to Todd and he came out quickly and inspected it, gave me an estimate for repairs, which was reasonably priced, and got a crew out to fix right away. I really can’t believe how good the repair service was! All in all, I highly recommend Advanced Fence!

We just used Advanced Fence & Gate to install a 100 foot wide, 6 foot tall traditional fence including the highly recommended steel posts (which are covered with wood panel so you don’t see them). We also got new French gothic gates installed. We had quotes from 4 companies – Todd was the most competitive AND most professional during the initial assessment and quote period. Scheduling our installation was really easy and we were able to get the dates we wanted well in advance because we obtained a permit quickly.

On the first day of installation, we had two gentlemen who were very friendly, professional and helpful. They walked along the backyard with me reviewing our plat, finding our property lines and reviewing where JULIE marked cable and ComEd flags. They were very careful and precise in installing the posts. They spent a lot of time with me reviewing the level of the fence and we decided to do one level fence line sloping from north to south end, closely following the grade of our property. They returned one day later and installed the panels and gates in probably 4-5 hours and the finished product was terrific. During the two days, I had to call Todd probably 5-6 times to ask him a few questions both seeking guidance on the level, distance from our neighbor’s fence and how to make sure we were following our town’s codes. He was so courteous and patient every single time – he never made me feel like i was bothering him with my calls.

Contract work around a home is never flawless but I have to say working with Advance Fence & Gates seems to have come pretty close. I just can’t think of anything that bothered us or concerned us. Give these guys a shot at your business and you will be very pleased.

Todd is the man. He knew what I wanted and got it done. I had a 6` vinyl fence installed in the back of my property. The grade of fence he uses far exceeds any brand and durability you can get in any store. toward the front of my house to cap off my property he installed and aluminum grade fence made from a company out in Michigan, and let me tell you another great product. Also installed two aluminum driveway gates. Love the product and service he offers including his prices. I highly recommend Advanced fence & gate.

Todd and the staff at Advanced Fence & Gate provided me with great service on my new fence install (no existing fence was in place, only landscaping bushes). From the initial quote, paperwork, permit, crew, they were in constant communication with me the entire time making the process effortless. Pricing was competitive and I liked the quality of the materials best out of the products I evaluated.

When it came time to install, Manny and his crew were awesome! The took careful planning and execution when picking the fence line, leveling the fence and pouring the concrete posts. They installed over 230′ of 6′ privacy fence in 2 days. We absolutely love how the backyard has transformed into a new, rejuvenated, clean and safe backyard for our kids!
