Outside Sales Consultant

Job Overview
Provide fence and gate estimates to residential clients, landscape architects, home builders, and general contractors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
- 3-6 daily “face to face” sales calls.
- Provide fence estimates and bids to residential and commercial clients.
- Review and analyze plans and specifications.
- Solicit vendor quotes and sub bids.
- As many phone calls as is required per day to follow up on project bids and keep a schedule.
- Establish deep relationships with home builders, landscapers, property managers, and general contractors.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current and new fence products in the industry.
- Address customer problems/issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Highly organized.
- High level of communication skills.
- Competency in computer skills (Word, Excel, estimating software).
- Ability to complete activities on time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a faced paced working environment.

Fence Installers & Subcontractors

Job Overview
Installation of cedar, vinyl, composite, chain link, and ornamental fencing and gates.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Layout projects with site plans and plat of survey and verify property lines.
- Communication with clients on installation preferences.
- Installation of fencing and gates.
- Clean up of job sites.
- Disposal of fence removal.
- Pick up of project materials and concrete from storage and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Subs must have 3 years of verifiable experience installing wood, vinyl, ornamental, and chain link fencing.
- Ability to read a plat of survey and analyze plans.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good communication skills.
- Subcontractors must be fully insured and have truck, tools, and trailer.
Benefits
- Subcontractors pay per week based on footage completed
- Hourly installers and foreman $22-$30/hr based on experience
